A bond is a contract among at least three parties: (1) The principal - the primary party (you or your company) who will be performing a contractual obligation (2) The obligee - the party (your customer) who is the recipient of the obligation, and (3) The surety (the bond company) - who ensures that the principal's obligations will be performed.

We offer the following type bonds;

License/Permit Bonds - License and permit bonds are required by state law or local regulations in order to obtain a license or permit to engage in a particular business. The obligee is usually a State, City or County.

Title Bonds - If you do not have the required proof of ownership documents to obtain a title in your name for your vehicle, you may apply for a title on the basis of a surety (title) bond.

Dishonesty Bonds - This is the type bond that most business advertise "insured and bonded". This bond protects the obligee from dishonest acts by a companies employees. We have bonds that can include the owner as well. 

Contractors Bid/Performance Bonds - A performance bond is a financial tool used to guarantee that in the event of a developer or contractor's default, funds are available to finish the construction. Our particular performance bond  is a credit based bond requiring excellent credit and is only issued for commercial projects to a maximum of $250,000. If you qualify, the Surety will issue a bid bond and if you win the bid will then issue the performance bond.
